Hello 4th grade families, 

My name is Jessica Bernard, but most students call me Ms. B. I am so excited to welcome your student into my classroom this school year. It's going to be an amazing year! This is my 4th year at Chelsea and my 19th year teaching. I have taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Landing at Chelsea Heights has been one of the greatest gifts of my teaching career, and I have enjoyed every minute of my time in this community. 

A little about me...I live on the east side of Saint Paul with my husband and my two kids. I LOVE spending time outside biking, hiking, cross country skiing, etc. If you live in the neighborhood, you might see me biking into school in the mornings (until it gets too dark/cold 🙁). I also love reading, drinking coffee and traveling.
