My name is Tammy Otto and this is my 25th year in St. Paul and my seventh year at Chelsea Heights. I am married and have two adult kids. (Alex & Toby ) In my time away from school I like to camp 🏕, bake 🍰,  and travel 🌴. I don't have pets but love to babysit my grandkitty Zoey! ♥️ 🐈 I am excited about beginning the new school year and getting to know my third graders and families.
