Hi! My name is Laura Erickson. I have been teaching in St. Paul for 31 years. This is my 10th year at Chelsea Heights. I am very excited to be here! I have two daughters.  My oldest daughter graduated from college at CSU in Colorado.  My younger daughter is in her third year at Fordham University in New York.  They are both graduates of Chelsea Heights! As a parent, I have loved the experience my girls had at Chelsea. Now I feel very lucky and honored to be part of this great school community as a teacher. 

When I am not teaching, I love to run, read and hang out with my family. My husband is a teacher at Como HS. He has coached soccer for both Como and St. Paul Blackhawks. We have a dog named Beena and a cat named Pixie and another cat named Walter. They keep us on our toes!
