Welcome to the Chelsea Heights Elementary School health office.  My name is Carol DiFrancesco, the licensed school nurse at Chelsea Heights. I am scheduled to go to Chelsea Heights twice a week. A trained designee, Mary Thor, will cover the health office on days when I am not there.
