Site Council The Chelsea Heights Site Council meets the second Monday of every month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the school library. Additional meetings are announced in advance. Call (651) 293-8790 for more information. Chelsea's Site Council members play an active role in defining school goals and shaping school policy. All parents, guardians, community members and staff are welcome to attend Site Council meetings.
