Greetings,
It was a pleasure to talk with families Thursday night at conferences. Thank you for making the effort to come to your child’s conference. l look forward to meeting families again the evening of Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13 during the day. I would also like to remind families that there will be a Book Fair in the Library during conference times.
Thank you to parents who provided treats for last Fridays graphing activity. We enjoyed sorting, counting and graphing the colors of the M & M’s. We also made some delicious patterns with the left overs. Due to your generous donations we will be enjoying more academic and delicious activities in the future.
We have reading and writing daily. Practicing new words and strategies that good readers and writers use. This practice is paying off in our confidence as readers and writers. Please continue to work with your child daily or as time allows to master the word wall words. Here is an up-to-date list.
