Kindergarten reading: We are reading poems and learning about rhyming, rhythm, and beautiful language! We are also reading about ducks as we wait for our duck eggs to hatch. Some new sight words include: that, all, have, on.
Kindergarten math: We are writing our own story problems with adding on and taking away.
In 5th grade, students have been reading about European explorers and are currently reading the historical novel, Blood on the River, about the Jamestown colony of 1607.
